LeapFrog FlyFusion

Launch the "Fly Fusion" Flash video piece.

Gyro SF helped consumer toy giant LeapFrog launch a very unique product, the Fly Fusion "Pen Top" computer. It is a talking pen that reads your writing and interacts with the user through voice and sound effects. A fascinating, yet complex product, with a certain amount of training required to use it well.

First, we wrote, directed, and edited a series of demonstration videos Next, we tied these videos together with the "Gyro Player," a flash-based interactive presentation container (offering chapter menus, VTR-like controls, interactive modules, subtitles, synchronized notes, net-streaming of content, and more). The final production was included on CD-ROM with the shipping product, and also as a streaming video presentation on the product web site.

After launch of the pen, Gyro continued to support the Fly Fusion brand with more video productions for a series of Fly Fusion software packages, sold separately.

Since this product, we have used the Gyro Player on several other productions. With each unique project, our technology is getting better.
